Ranjeet Rajendra Jadhav is our new DevOps Engineer at thinkWhere. With a passion for his work and a well-rounded CV boasting a wealth of experience, Ranjeet works seamlessly with his team, breaking down the traditional barriers between development and operations.

Tell us a little bit about your background and career so far.
Before joining this company, I worked with two startups in India, where I gained valuable experience in building and scaling distributed systems under tight deadlines and with limited resources. I have also worked on a variety of projects, including developing a CI/CD pipeline to automate the software development and delivery process, deploying and managing a Kubernetes cluster to run containerized applications.
What do you like most about your current role?
I really enjoy the fast-paced and collaborative environment of my DevOps role. I get to work with a talented team of engineers to build and deliver high-quality software and services to our customers. I also appreciate the opportunity to continuously learn and grow as a DevOps engineer.
What do you bring to the team?
As a DevOps engineer, I bring a wealth of experience and skills to the team. I have experience with all aspects of the DevOps pipeline, from CI/CD to deployment to monitoring and logging. I am also proficient in Linux, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Nginx, AWS, Terraform, CICD and Automation.
How does the team work together and what do you achieve for your clients?
Our team’s collaboration in the DevOps model is at the core of our success in delivering exceptional results to our clients. We work together seamlessly, breaking down traditional barriers between development and operations. This collaboration is enabled by our use of cutting-edge tools and processes, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and IaC.
What does the future here look like for you?
I am excited to join Idox and I see a bright future for myself here. I am particularly interested in learning more about Idox’s cloud computing platform and how I can help to migrate and manage Idox’s applications to the cloud.
What interests you outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, and playing video games. I am also passionate about learning new things.
